Kimberly Sagers, CSW

“I am unlovable.” It often feels like we are drowning in that “truth.” We try to hide that piece of ourselves and sharing it can be terrifying. At the same time, our hearts yearn to know that it will be okay. That we will be okay. That we are — dare I say it — lovable the way we are.

This is the work you and I will do together. With a healthy dose of humor, we will deepen your hope, courage, and capacity to explore the vulnerable parts of the heart. Using our time together as a starting point, you will get a chance to practice self-compassion in your everyday life.

Doing this work with you is an honor that I do not take lightly. Throughout the years of working with survivors of sexual and spiritual trauma, as well as with individuals navigating the waves of depression and anxiety, I have seen that trust must be earned. I aim to gain that trust through creating an environment where you feel seen, accepted, and cared for. Whenever you’re ready, I’d love to meet with you.
