Often times we make the same decision over and over again, but don’t even realize it. It’s exhausting, overwhelming, and no matter how much you try to change the outcome, for whatever reason, you're stuck. Whether you're seeking help because you can’t quite figure out why your life is in a cycle of chaos, or need help readjusting to the curves of life; I’m happy to be on the journey with you of self discovery and living to the full extent of your authentic self.
I work by listening, with a nonjudgmental ear, and notice the complexities of life with you. Giving you the chance to look at your life through a different lens. I work by building up peoples' natural strengths, help them identify coping skills to reduce anxiety and depression, and identify unhelpful ways of thinking. I find that most people try to put way too many things as a priority, and loose track of the things that make them who they are, and end up feeling worn down by the dailiness of life.
I hope to meet you and see if we will be a good team in working together to exploring the intricate pieces that make you you. Often times my clients say the most helpful part of therapy with me is, that I am able to help them identify what they want and then helping to be able to start moving towards it. This could mean a way of thinking, a way of communicating with others, finding balance in your life, finding and exploring intimacy/sex, or being able to have more joy. I hope that this insight into my way of thinking helps you decided if I am the correct person to assist you on this journey of self discovery.
