“Overwhelmed, stuck, unfulfilled, and uncertain of what to do to start feeling better.” These are often the words my clients use to describe themselves when they first come to see me. Whether experiencing postpartum anxiety or depression, feeling unsatisfied in their relationships, suffering from low self-confidence, or are ready to heal from the wounds of trauma, my clients come to me for support and guidance on their journey to find relief and create a life lived fully.

I help individuals by exploring the root of their distress and working to relieve those most impactful, urgent symptoms. By identifying and changing old patterns of thought and behavior, my clients are able to create a foundation for lasting growth. Together, we will find your solutions, create meaning and access your best life.

I pull from my training in the 4-Dimensional Wheel, EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral and values-driven therapies to identify and release places where my clients are 'stuck’ and to create movement and healing by uncovering your intuition and personal strength. I tailor my work for each client's unique experience.
