Our online campus is designed to fill the educational gaps that graduate schools left behind in the critical areas of sexuality, maternal and reproductive health, and trauma. What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Dean of Student Life, you’ll be the ultimate online experience and party host, a master multitasker, community builder, and creative force. Here’s what the role includes:

  • Creating Connection: Help healthcare professionals build relationships between each other  and thrive within our community, focusing on areas like:

    • Sexuality: sexual desire, erectile dysfunction, painful sex, pleasure, kink, out-of-control sexual behavior, and more.

    • Reproductive Mental Health: postpartum depression, infant loss, abortion, and their impact on sexuality and relationships.

  • Event Coordination: Work with THG Clinic team members and outside presenters to plan and execute webinars, live streams, and other community events.

  • Rocky Mountain Sex Summit: Collaborate on this annual event and help develop new in-person or virtual summits that foster connection, meaningFULL experiences, and transformative education.

  • Activating Our Community: Learn and apply the proven Community Design™ framework within Mighty Network to create engaging member experiences and deliver real results.

  • Perfecting Our Ideal Member Profile: Conduct interviews and research to deeply understand our Ideal Member and ensure our community meets their needs.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Commitment:

  • Part-Time Role: This position starts part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position with benefits.

Mental Health Therapist - ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

Position Summary:

The Healing Group and The Healing Group Institute are jointly seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Continuing Education Coordinator to support our dynamic clinical practice and growing professional training organization.

In this dual-role position, you will oversee the application, tracking, and maintenance of continuing education units (CEUs) across The Healing Group’s internal trainings and The Healing Group Institute’s external professional education programs. You’ll work closely with administrative teams from both organizations to develop CE-eligible programming, maintain compliance with accrediting bodies (e.g., AASECT, NASW, APA), and implement systems that streamline CE-related processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support quality education, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using technology to stay organized and efficient. Additionally, someone who wants to be part of and contribute to a workplace culture that allows for people to feel a sense of belonging and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the clinical team to develop and schedule continuing education programs.

  • Prepare and submit applications for CEU accreditation to relevant accrediting bodies.

  • Maintain records of CEU activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certificates.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with CEU requirements for all clinical staff.

  • Upload and manage training materials on various platforms.

  • Utilize spreadsheets and software tools to track CEU activities and deadlines.

  • Utilize technological platforms like Zapier to automate workflows.

  • Edit and upload education videos in a timely manner

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external accrediting organizations.

  • Stay updated on changes in CEU accreditation standards and requirements.

  • Meet weekly with the team and hit weekly deadlines that are critical to the success of THGI

Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordinating continuing education programs or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Strong skillset with Zapier for process automation.

  • Strong skillset in editing video.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CEU accreditation processes and standards.

  • Experience in a healthcare or educational setting.

  • Knowledge of Zapier.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a part-time 20 hour a week position that will pay up to $25/hr DOE. There is an option to move to full-time to receive benefits dependent on skillset and experience.

Client Care Coordinator - CURRENTLY CLOSED

The Healing Group is growing!  We are seeking warm, compassionate, hard-working, and highly organized Client Care Coordinators for a part-time position at our Midvale location.

Open schedules:

Responsibilities include: 

  • Scheduling client appointments

  • Answering and returning phone calls from current clients, potential clients, medical providers, and others in the community.

  • Responding to texts and emails.

  • Supporting clinical staff with administrative needs

  • Working directly with the Office Manager and THG Leadership Team.

Medical Billing Specialist - [CURRENTLY CLOSED]  

Reports to: Administrative Manager, Office Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

FLSA Status:  Full and Part-Time, Non-Exempt 

Summary/Objective:

The Billing Manager is directly responsible for managing The Healing Group’s billing for insurance, 3rd party, and client pay. The billing specialist and billing team play an integral role in a client’s overall treatment and wellness. As such, proactive and compassionate communication is critical for this position as well as keeping internal reports current and accurate. This is a communication heavy position requiring prompt response by phone, email, texting, and other methods of communication. 

Requirements:          

  • Proactively communicates with THG team members, clients, and insurance providers during work hours

  • Participate in chart opening and auditing processes as needed. 

  • Submitting all EDI Claims

  • EDI Claim Rejections/denials

  • Posting ERA

  • Posting insurance paper payments/denials

  • Insurance Aging Report 60 days + 

  • Meets company goals on all account receivables

  • Provides communication to all new THG clients to review billing processes and practices

  • Oversees preparation for  statements and bills for clients, insurance, and 3rd party payers

  • Creates and provides a prioritized list of client accounts that need to be addressed.

  • Identifies and tracks problem accounts

  • Prepares weekly reports for billing meetings including the weekly manifest, review of the aging report, and accounts that need to go to collections. 

  • Ensures insurance pay is being collected in a timely manner and according to the law

  • Makes recommendations on adding or dropping insurance panels

  • Posts all received payments regularly so aging report is accurate

  • Provides compassionate client care with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing process

  • Advises team members on proper, legal parameters for collections practices; ensures that all billing actions comply with company, local, state, and federal guidelines

  • Meets aging report company goals through organized and proactive measures

  • Maintain open, positive, cordial, team-oriented lines of communication with Manager and other staff members. 

  • Contribute to the Billing Department team through positive attitude, respectful interaction, innovative ideas, efficiency, and ethical behavior. 

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

·   High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree highly preferred

5 years of Medical and mental health insurance billing 

·   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·   Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software

·   Proficient understanding of collection practices and laws

·   Excellent interpersonal and management skills

·   Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations

·   Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports

·   Extreme attention to detail

·   Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
