Building a strong, safe, and collaborative therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process in therapy and it’s important that you feel confident in your choice of a therapist. When we feel safe and seen, we’re better able to do the deeper work of healing. Together, we can explore any issues you’re facing—grief, communication, faith journeys, sexual health, parenting, relationships, and more—by drawing on your strengths and fostering growth.
While therapy centers on your experiences and needs, it’s also a relational process. As a fellow human in the room, I aim to foster genuine connection while maintaining clear and supportive therapeutic boundaries. Beyond my role as a therapist, I enjoy time with my kids, the outdoors (especially hiking or mountain biking), puzzles, cozy gatherings, and a good book paired with a caramel chai. I value humor and believe laughter can be a powerful healing tool—both in relationships and in the therapy room.
I’m a Certified Social Worker with a trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming approach, supporting individuals, young adults, couples, and parents as they navigate changing relationships, evolving roles, and the nuances of identity development—all within a space grounded in compassion, safety, and respect where you can heal, grow, and thrive. I look forward to walking with you on your journey as you navigate life's challenges and work toward the well-being you deserve.
