TherapyNotes Client Portal Instructions

The steps outlined below should guide you through this process.  Please call, text, email one of our Client Care Coordinators should you have any questions.  We are happy to help!

  • Check your email inbox for an email from noreply@therapyportal.com with the subject Client Portal Login

  • Click on the link provided in the email

  • Enter your birthdate, name, and set your password. (You may use the portal again in the future, so save your password! If you ever need help resetting it, just contact our Client Care Coordinators.)

  • Click on the link provided

You are now in the client portal!  

You should be able to see your intake documents now. There are two types of documents in your intake bundle, some require information from you, and others are simply to review and sign. All of them can be completed in the Portal, and you should never have to print any of them. Review each document by following these steps.

 
  1. Click “Sign” or “Review” or “Complete Form”.


2. Review the document provided, then Click “Sign Document”

3. Either type your Legal Name and choose “Use Typed Name” or draw your signature using a mouse or touchscreen in the box provided and click “Apply Signature”.

4. Click the link to “Continue to next document”. Each document will be saved in your Client Records, so you can review them anytime. You are also welcome to download them for your personal records as you go, or later from the Client Records tab.

5. For documents asking for your information, simply fill in each field with the information you’d like to share.

6. When you’re finished answering the questions, click “Submit Completed Document”.

7. Continue through each document until they are all complete. You will have some documents that are always available for you to complete. But at this point, you are finished!

ACCESSING THE PORTAL

You can access the portal at any time by visiting TheHealingGroup.com or by going directly to: TherapyPortal/p/healing84047

You may access the portal for an online appointment, to update or review your billing information, or if you’d like to review the paperwork you submitted. If you have any questions about how to do this, contact us anytime and we’ll be happy to help.
