Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Secure, convenient video sessions with the same compassionate care you’d find in our office — from wherever feels most comfortable for you.

Support Doesn’t Require a Commute

Life is full — with work, kids, appointments, and everything in between, getting to therapy consistently can be hard. Our telehealth service brings the same personalized, evidence-based care you'd receive in person directly to your home, office, or anywhere you have privacy and a stable connection.

Whether you're managing a new baby's nap schedule, live outside of a reasonable driving distance, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space, telehealth removes the barriers that keep people from getting support when they need it most.

The Same Care, Just Virtual

Every specialty we offer in person is also available through telehealth, including:

  • Postpartum & perinatal mental health

  • Sex therapy

  • Marriage & couples counseling

  • Reproductive & fertility-related therapy

  • Trauma-informed therapy

  • Depression & anxiety

Telehealth sessions are currently available exclusively to clients who reside in Utah, in accordance with state licensing regulations for mental health providers.

Getting Started Is Simple

  1. Book your session - Choose a time that work for you through our online schedule request, or speak to one of our Client Care Coordinators by calling 801-305-3171.

  2. Get your secure link - We’ll send you a private, HIPAA-compliant video link before your appointment.

  3. Log in from anywhere - Join from your phone, tablet, or computer - no app download required. You’ll want a private, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted, a stable internet connection, and headphones if you’d like extra privacy.

  4. Meet with your therapist - Attend your session just as you would in person, with the same warmth and confidentiality.

Is Telehealth Right for You?

Telehealth works well for many of our clients, especially those who:

  • Have a busy schedule or limited time for travel.

  • Are managing childcare, mobility limitations, or health concerns.

  • Feel more comfortable opening up in a familiar space.

  • Live outside the Salt Lake City or Utah County area but still reside in Utah.

  • Are continuing care after starting in person.

Not sure if telehealth or in-person is the better fit? Your therapist can help you decide during your first session.
