Hello!

Life, right? It can be both beautiful and challenging, and I’m honored you’re here reading my bio. I want you to feel comfortable and supported as you take the next step in your journey. I’m here to listen and to help—whatever it is that’s on your mind, I’ve got you!

A little bit about me:
I truly believe that you know yourself best, and I want to work alongside you, in a non-judgmental space, to help you navigate whatever you’re facing. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here for all of it.

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist intern, deeply committed to providing a safe, for individuals to explore their unique experiences and challenges. With a background in child welfare and crisis intervention for victims and survivors of domestic violence, I bring both professional experience and personal empathy to my work. I have also volunteered in areas of reproductive health and supported communities facing challenges in the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.

My approach is rooted in an intersectional lens, recognizing how identities—such as race, gender, sexuality, and socio-economic status—interact and shape individual experiences. I work collaboratively with clients, honoring their unique narratives, and supporting their journey toward healing and self-empowerment. Whether you're navigating personal challenges, trauma, or identity exploration, my goal is to walk beside you in a space where you can feel heard, supported, and free from judgment.

When I’m not in therapy sessions, you’ll find me spending time with my family and my two fur babies, exploring my new love for diamond art, binge-watching a reality show, or planning my next travel adventure.

I look forward to hearing from you about what brought you here today. Whatever you're going through, we can do this together!

Yo hablo español!
