It can feel heavy to carry thoughts and emotions you haven’t spoken aloud before. You may have hit a point where these feelings seem inescapable, leaving you disconnected from yourself, out of control, and unsure of what to do next. I care about helping you find comfort and relief in these moments. I hope to help you reconnect with what you value, feel empowered in your decisions, and build trust in yourself to make change in your life.

As a therapist, I am warm, open-minded, and candid. I approach therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS) or ‘parts work’, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all within an attachment and trauma-informed lens. I have previously worked with children in foster care, adults in addiction recovery, aging adults, families, and individuals in inpatient behavioral health.

I enjoy working at the intersection of relationships and trauma. Our experiences with family and relationships can often shape how we understand ourselves, navigate closeness, set boundaries, communicate, and respond to conflict. We may work through relationship distress, attachment wounds, relationship anxiety or OCD, betrayal, or strained family dynamics.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time at home with my cats, traveling, trail running, being creative, and listening to music. I am second-generation Vietnamese American and enjoy working with people from different cultural and family backgrounds. I welcome conversations about how culture, family, spirituality, and values shape your experience and the person you want to become.
